Disappointed and a waste of time.

We got an initial quote several months ago and ascertained that the job was within budget.

Once our plans were approved (by council) we returned with my builder to get a formal quote and work out any engineering issues.

We were told that we would get the quote within the next few days.

Over the following few weeks I tried to follow up and was told.
- tomorrow;
- it's been done, just needs to be checked by owner
- we've been busy, tomorrow
Than after almost two weeks went by I was told rudely that the webite clearly states that there is a four week turn around for any quotes and that I should've put my plans in earlier!!

Four weeks have now passed and silence, no contact and it seems I won't be getting the quote promised

To make things worse, when I pressed for an indication of price over the phone, it more than doubled their initial promise.

Was a disappointing waste of my time.

The only provider of Steel Frame windows that didn't require 8 weeks to quote and 100% deposit upfront before the works even commenced. The guys where true gentleman and completed our works on time and on budget. Credit where its due, thanks guys.
