Bond Plumbing QLD

We've been using Bond Plumbing for several years now and have always found them to be prompt and reasonably priced for the work done. We have an older house and have experience a number of internal pipe leaks as well as external drainage issues. The guys at Bond were able to isolate and fix the issues quickly and effectively for us as well as come up with ideas to prevent future leaks. We had one leak the week before Christmas last year and Kelly managed to get someone out to us within a day even thought they were flat out. We had a similar experience with a blocked drain a couple of weeks ago. Kelly and the team are friendly and considerate to deal with and they value their loyal customers.

Ethan spent a great deal of his time on his phone, just unprofessional when you pay people by the hour. Would not recommend.

I engaged bond plumbing to set up an oil separator and some pumps & install taps, firstly they delayed because of staff calling in sick when they arranged for me to come to work at 6.30am.



Then the staff or contractors they sent out at a later date fit the system up backwards and had to pull it apart and redo which is they were happy to do as the quote does not seem to matter as they charge by the hour.



The pipes for the taps were installed as copper when they were quoted on rubber which is much cheaper and I am just expected to pay the extra.



I also specifically asked about the float switch for the pump if i needed electrician to come in I was told they were licensed to do it, on the day they told us they couldn't and called in there guy then charges $1500 for one powerpoint!



I got the same work done in Sydney for a third of the price



He seemed like nice guy, but he really gives tradies a bad name, terrible & highway robbery.
