Resthaven Murray Bridge, Hills & Fleurieu Community Services support older people across a broad geographic area, delivering in-home support, social activities and respite care, home care packages level 1 -4, health and wellness activities and allied health services for restorative care, rehabilitation, and self-management programs.
Day respite for carers and social support for older people is also available.
