I would not recommend this company, use someone else. The mess himself and workers left. I’ve had to pay another company to remove stumps, which should of been removed, my property was also damaged . Stumps not removed!!!!

His guys stump munched part of the stump and then covered up the rest only 100mm below the surface. Made the mistake of paying him promptly and didn't expect such poor service. He was rude and the guys did a very poor job of cleaning up after the work. Do yourself a favour and use some one else.

Matt cancelled the booking twice late on the day of booking after I'd taken a day off of work to be onsite. When he eventually came we paid extra for stump removal. His guys stump munched part of the stump and then covered up the rest only 100mm below the surface. Called Matt many times and he said he would come back and fix it. After patiently chasing him for several months he finally said he wasn't coming back. Made the mistake of paying him promptly and didn't expect such poor service. He was rude and the guys did a very poor job of cleaning up after the work. Do yourself a favour and use someone else.

I had a big gum tree removed yesterday. The guys from Pro Lop did a great job, they removed the tree quickly and safely (the tree was between my house and the power lines) They took care and didn't mess up the surrounding garden and they cleaned the yard up very well. The job was completed within 3 days of organising and the cost was quite reasonable. I appreciate the fantastic job Matt and his team did. Thanks guys.

We were quoted for a very large tree to be cut down and chopped into manageable sizes (I.e. small enough for one pertson to carry) and neatly stacked. Instead they chopped them into 1m rounds and thick branch lengths and only stacked half, the rest messily left all over our garden. The person who was going to buy the wood will not take it because the pieces are too large to carry even for 2 people. We have been strung along for weeks now being told they will come and finish the job when finally the manager today revealed he thinks the pieces are manageable. Very disappointed.

Rude and unprofessional. Trespassed on private property taking no care for existing garden and proceeded to remove plants. Would not give details of who they were (these were taken from truck). Disgusted and appalled with their behavior.
