They were very helpful and accommodated all our requests our by giving us 3 lessons a week so we can speed up the process , messages were sent when they are on the way to pick my son up ,lucky because he always forgot what time, we had Sophie as my son's driving instructor and she was fantastic.A really good teacher resulting in my son passing his vort est first go

I booked my daughter in for 4 lesson throughout the school holidays with L’s Angels Adelaide, and she was also aiming to do the VORT test following that. I originally spoke to Cheynie over the phone, then I messaged her once we had organised the dates we wanted. I got a call from one lady whose times didn’t align with what we needed, and then I got a call from Sophie. She seemed very nice and we confirmed the dates. She mentioned that once the VORT gets booked in there’s a non-refundable deposit for any cancellation, regardless of the reason eg. Medical emergency etc. this was apparently a government thing. I confirmed our booking and gave her our address however I asked follow up questions about the amount of the non-refundable deposit and what happens if the VORT tester has to cancel for similar reasons etc. I had no reply so I figured I’d just ask on the day of the lesson. I hadn’t heard anything back about the payment process so I sent Sophie a message the day before the first lesson, still no reply. I ended up messaging Cheynie the next morning, about 1.5 hours before the lesson, as Sophie hadn’t replied to my last 2 messages. Cheynie replied less than an hour before the scheduled lesson time. She said that Sophie didn’t get my messages for some reason, so nothing was confirmed. They were apparently fully booked and she suggested that I try somewhere else that might be a better fit. These details were obviously untrue. This company’s conduct is extremely unprofessional. We are very disappointed, we received less than an hour’s notice of their intent to cancel all the lessons we had already booked in, and this was only after I’d reached out again that morning. Ultimately, this is probably a blessing, because I wouldn’t want to use a company who are dishonest and not transparent in their business practices.

They go through the rules very clearly. A great place to learn if your local to tge area. Very affordable as well.
