This business is not like a normal accountancy business (no offence to others) as they genuinely care above and beyond and show it from the very first contact. I met Bob & his team through my involvement in the 4118 Club local Logan West Chamber of Commerce some 15 years ago. this business stood out as it was very active with the local business community. We worked together on building business links supporting all aspects of community needs. Recently Bob, Loretta, Nancy, Jasmine & Zarmina, gave me and my business phenomenal support when I fell seriously behind on my accounts and returns etc. They didn't judge me or look down on me but showed understanding by giving me confidence to catch up and get back in front of my obligations and records. Without their support I would have definitely struggled and not survived. Its not an easy world but with Bob & Jasmine & the whole team I have found true trust and honest care. Thank you so much.

I have known Bob Jeffery for in excess of 25 years. Bob gave me a piece of his wisdom when we first met, however being a trifle headstrong and whilst appreciating that advice freely given, I went ahead and did what I wanted to do. That was a wrong move on my part which I later regretted. Over the past five years I have a fresh appreciation of Bob and his loyal staff.
