First up, called up the boys in the service/repairs department. Super helpful and keen as too help me from the get go. Asked me to go to spare parts and get the parts I need, which the old fella was super helpful.



Went down to the repairs, the 2 blokes working were great quality. Had a good laugh and really knew their stuff.



For such a busy time for everyone being 2 days from Christmas, couldn’t recommend enough. Merry Christmas fellas!

Purchased a brand new Stihl line trimmer for $970. The optional Supercut head doesn't work. They have no idea how to make it work. Told no refunds for used items. But I bought it yesterday and it doesn't work! "Sorry, no refunds for used items. I can't authorise a refund, I just work here." These people are absolutely useless. Go elsewhere.

No frills, honest, fast and reliable service. We can always trust these guys.

I really recommend this shop not be used. I bought a honda push mower 2 weeks ago. I read some
Reviews about the grass shoot clogging up where it goes to the catcher. I asked the salesman at the capalaba store who responded that this is only an issue when the grass is wet. Well i found out its also an issue when its dry. When I went back down there i basically got the responce that he sells them and couldnt offer any more support. Very poor when spending $800 on a mower!


Stay clear of the domestic honda branded mowers and the all the mower place stores!

I do admit that the engine on the machine is fantastic, its just the honda chassis that is rubbish!

If you are a contractor or running a small mowing business, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use this service After waiting 2 weeks for parts to come up from Melbourne , I asked if they could give me an ETA on the parts as I was losing customers they told me they couldn't.
