Michael replied to emails promptly, provided clear information, quoted fairly for a split air conditioning unit installation and then the team did a site visit the next day on time and installed split system, all under 4hrs. Liam and Blake from Johnstone Electrics were just first class. On the day of install, the team were friendly, efficient, precise, tidy and took pride in their work. Having the copper pipes run along the house internally was a great suggestion by Liam as it minimized conduit visibility from outdoor. The team also carried out all pre-commissioning checks for the aircon and provided with Electrical Safety Certificate. I have two more split units that I am definitely going to get installed by Johnstone Electrics. I have no hesitation in recommending Johnstone Electrics to friends and family. Great job!

Johnstone Electrics are amazing! Very professional and hard working! We were referred to them by a family member and wow they really impressed. We asked them to do a lot as we have a home from the 1900's and they absolutely delivered. Perfect work and very polite and considerate guys! The price was incredibly reasonable considering the complexity and work required. Will absolutely contact them again for any future works required and have recommended them to family and friends. Used to be my favourite electrician. Until he starts lying he wants you to confirm twice for booking. The first install wed said he can do tomorrow I respond saying what time. He said thu can try for later today. I sent him a message saying I was visiting mum anyway. You would expect him to automatically book me Friday. I had to message saying fri he said booked out can do Monday but needs a time. I said 9am he said we start at 7:30 the earlier the better I am obligated mon 8. Late sun he wants to change to 9 emergency. They came and all the instructions had given were no not the same. Was Only in house few minutes and went outside to call boss could tell something wrong. I even had easy mount Kimberley manhole that could be installed. He had to go outside again to call they made up every excuse without giving me a day to return. I keep messaging him for two days and no response. He then came up with more lies can’t do it I’m snowed in and my two guys are off sick. I bet he has no evidence of them getting medical certificate or letting the police come to check on the day. He mostly ignored my umessages In past If looking for quotes. He hates negotiating and always makes you pay gst will say not really. He is the reason that so many trades are the same thinking they can lie and get away with. Try going onto judge Judy or learn how to act. So ridiculous.!!

Called four days before their Christmas break, Michael came straight away, and get the boys started the job the day after, what a great team, plus they did a fantastic job, will use again
