      These guys are fantastic! At a rented property we were living in, we had a problem with a blocked toilet pipe, which, whenever one of the plumbers turned up, had miraculously unblocked itself. The first time I was only charged the callout fee, very reasonable I might add, although the plumber spent at least a half hour investigating the problem. The second time same thing happened except the plumber decided he would dig a trench and run a hose through the pipe to see if there was any blockage. Reluctant to use the electric eel just yet which would be far more costly, I again was only charged their very considerate callout fee. The third time I had had enough of this reoccurring problem so I decided they should use the electric eel to unblock everything, and this was the only thing I was charged for. Very professional, efficient service and kind to your pocket also! Highly recommended.
