I was really impressed with Geoff - he helped to relieve pain in my neck but more importantly he had a more pro-active approach to my problem. He asked me to walk across the room, then recommended that I attempt to walk like Marilyn Monroe (sway my hips and arms as I walk) - to get more movement in the whole body)! Good advice that I've taken on board... with positive results.
