Metal Urges Fine Jewellery & Diamonds

I had my engagement ring re-made at Metal Urges by Chris and his wonderful team in 2008, and more recently, I had the ring 'serviced' by them as I wouldn't have or trust anybody else with such an important item. My initial experience was with Chris, where he sat down with me evaluated my ring and we discussed how I wanted to replicate the original ring. I was hesitant initially to hand it over but when I did I always trusted them to be honest and do the best for me. I seen my ring in the process of being little rods and squares of gold and then the finish product which sparkled and was so very beautiful; i was amazed and impressed by the craftsmanship that they showed. I couldn't wait to show it off to anyone who wanted to see. The customer service that Chris and his team provide is second to none, they remembered me and my ring after 5 years and this made me feel like an important client. I want to thank Chris and the Metal Urges team, not just for making me a stunning piece of jewelry, but for giving me Gold Star quality after care.
