On meeting James, the technician, we as inexperienced computer users were put at our ease and patiently guided through the steps needed to resolve problems with our MacBook Air. James kept us informed both at the time and the following days on the progress of the repair. He was polite and patient and made us feel comfortable. Thank you James.
Unfortunately, on counter staff did not make us feel welcome, tended to be curt and unfriendly when we asked for help and advice. A smile and a friendly face would have made us feel more comfortable. Glenn and Sally Lynch

My problem involved getting in a new logic board and installing it. The whole procedure was completed in three days and I had my machine back and up and running. I am very happy with my experience. My only criticism would be a certain lack of interpersonal skill on the part of the technician, although he is obviously very competent.

Booked an appointment for product repair. The arrogant guy in the back room refused to listen to my explanation and insisted there was no faults in the product even after I showed him the problem right in front of his face. The shop owner is more awesome. After you left a Google review, the show owner tried to google your private information and expose your private information in the reply and humiliated you. Just go to another shop. My Mac Hobart is such a shame store.

My partner and I purchased new ipads and new iphones over the last 12 months. We very much appreciated the advice provided to set up the ipads ...more importantly their assistance in transferring information from one iphone to another and in transferring contacts from a "dump phone" to an iphone was invaluable. Thank you James and all the other staff members.

Quoted over $800 for a back light repair (tried to sell a new screen as well - when the back light is not part of the screen so not the problem). Probably the least informed and clear rip off i've ever come across... ever
..extra note.. after a email which was a very passive aggressive response ...from the manager Sam.. this further proves their inability to provide any sort of customer based service, when a client visits there store looking for a honest service
