I agree with Robert. Ziven emails you only at the end of the month, when cash flow is a problem. 10/10 he will let you down. I can't understand why he dosen't share his address or any details.

Ziven has great ideas and is a perfectionist. However, he cannot deliver. He insists on continuing to tweak designs and other documents until your deadline has long gone.
