Refer to previous review and response. Amcal you missed the point. The noise is your problem not mine, nor should I have to accept attitude form your staff because they can’t hear. Maybe try to fix your working conditions in the shop for staff instead of blaming the customer. I simply wanted my meds without getting all the frustration of the employee directed me. Adding to that her attitude when I spoke to her and said I am not happy was appalling not to mention the eye rolling and shoulder shrugs. Her attitude was extremely poor and I find your response in par with that as you tried to put me at fault also, guess the customer is always wrong at your business.

Such a pleasant experience in this store! Staff were very friendly & the service was outstanding! They have such a great variety of products and the store is very well presented! Definitely going to be shopping here from now on!

Presented with a script to be filled. Upon picking up that script the customer service at the counter was very poor and left very upset. Staff member was finding it hard to hear me due to the sound from mall. Clearly frustrated at her working conditions with the sound, proceeded to put her hand up while walking away muttering under her breath “I can’t do this” to junior staff member. Proceeded to walk around counter and approach me which being immune compromised I was cautious of distance. The attitude and tone of the staff members was frustration towards me. Totally uncalled for and won’t be coming back to this store.

I love this pharmacy! The staff are always attentive and friendly. They have a great range of products and their sleep apnoea service is fantastic! They completely fixed my partner’s snoring. I love that they have a huge range of keto and gluten free products too. And, they are open the best hours, 7am to 9pm everyday - such great service!
