I feel bad leaving this review because David seems to be a nice guy.



But we've sadly been left with a pretty sour experience with his service.



Firstly, he forgot to put an entire external door in, claiming it wasn't discussed (he signed the plans and engineering it appears on.)



We raised it with him, but decided to let it go in exchange for having our flooring repaired. We figured it was an innocent mistake and didn't want to make his job any harder.



Sadly, the flooring repair job was so lazy I can't believe he paid somebody to do it. The repairs were done without any attempt to match the colour of the existing flooring. (See photos.)



But we dropped that one too, because we figured that would be the end of it and at least we could move in.



But no, surprise! We then discovered our garage had been disconnected from power. David tried to pin it on the solar installers, but eventually admitted his sparky disconnected it - then had the hysterical suggestion we could pay them to reconnect it. The garage and its connection were not discussed with us at any point in the process, it was just left for us to discover at the last minute.



Oh, and the sparky forgot to even put the switchboard back on properly (see photo.) If I hadn't have discovered this it could have been one of my kids who did.



I understand that unexpected issues come up, but this many and with so little effort to try and make up for it is just embarassing.

Dave & his trades did a major bathroom repair for me. They were reliable, efficient & work was completed to a very high standard. Dave was happy to answer questions & communicated throughout the job. Highly recommend!
