Problem # 1

Lead in from water meter at our new home was not placed underground despite calls from building supervisor. Duggan Plumbing simply dumped a load of soil over it to hide it.
A retaining wall was to be erected in the path of the pipe.
5 months later, alternative arrangements were made and the landscape contractor cut a trench for it because they couldn't be bothered.

Problem # 2

When they commissioned the new HWS, why not check to see all is working correctly before leaving because it was getting too close to "beer o'clock"!
A big red light was flashing on the solar controller, but did not tell me about it, and after a phone call, I was told a plug was missing.

Problem # 3

Why not check for leaks in a new system?
The solar panel is leaking and now we have to wait for Rheem service to fix yor problems

I may be harsh in my rating, but DUGGAN PLUMBING lack both COMMUNICATION & TRUST
