Atrocious service, poor quality product and failed promises. My wife and I have had a horrible experience with them and we are definitely not returning there for any furniture nor would we recommend this store to anybody. All they're interested in is taking your money.

I will never ever go fairprice furniture again....they deliver me a used rug where i paid for a new one. I complain to the store keeper and he said he cant help me with this because the owner buying cheap rugs from china manufacturer!!!

I am cook, work in kitchen, au$200 for a rug is big amount and one of most expensive thing in my house at this moment and this is what they have done with me!!!

Crap furniture, got a lounge from fair price furniture, not even month stitches were coming out and form were coming out, gave a one year warranty, took before one year warranty expired, gave only 50% money back, getting cheap stuff from china and selling, very appointed, don't even bother going there, crap furniture seller.
