Poor service abusive language

Two week before we went to there shop at hoppers crossing to buy a TV Cabinet. We spoke to a sales person name Gokul.Cabinet cost was $1250 delivery $50 installation $400. We went last week to finalise and they come back to us with the price of $1730 I mentioned them that we were offered $1700 but they refused. We left the store but my wife really liked the cabinet so we decided to just buy and deliver no installation. So I hired my own installer who is been working for 8 yrs of building Cabinet he came to install first of all no instruction booklet. Parts were missing. He has to use his own tools to assemble the unit. We called the store mentioned them that there is no instruction booklet no proper parts rather then doing something they mentioned send an email we did sen c them an email with all th information no one contacted us I have to literally email them to atleast call so so.eone can speak to the installer someone did call assembler explained what is missing tbut still no response from the store next day they send there own installer without any notification he arrived then store called us for $100 to install the remaining unit we had no idea about paying them for install as there was no instruction booklet parts were missing they were just literally trying to blame us for everything they mentioned y did we hire our own installer they started accusing installer by saying unexperienced. There is no where in there policy written that we have to buy and install from the store. Now my unit is sitting at my place half built no one is hearing us we need help we have also reached out to ombudsman and if there is any other quick alternative would like to get someone suggestion never buy anything from this place trust me it's been a nightmare since we have purchased

Not response

I bought furniture and paid in full and requested to keep it until my new house will be ready. Now I am calling and emailing to deliver my furniture and no one is responding to my emails or calls. You can't even leave the voice message as there message bank is full.

Worst Customer Services.

Worst customer services. The boss doesn't care of the customers. The staff shouted at the customers. Images of products look different from the ones on website (look cheaper).

Delivery

Waited all day for delivery but or didn't arrive so I called and got no answer so I left an angry msg. They called me within minutes saying delivery was on its way which was by then evening time. Wasted my whole day waiting. Extremely disappointing.

not trustable and bad quality

Don’t trust this place

When I ordered the couches they said they will be ready by end of desember and that was our deal with them. But after many times calling them they said maybe it will be ready by end two weeks.I have been calling for three weeks and they say we will bring the sofas this weekend and they have not brought them yet.

It’s a disorganised shop and not trustable

Fake products

Very careful when buying from luxury comforts. I bought marble top and base dining table. After one year realised that it is not marble .just covered with marble colour paper. When I purchased description was very clear it is marble top and base. Contacted them for a solution , response was just out of warranty, I have contacted to consumer affairs Victoria for a solution. Now case forwarded to VCAT.it is not just matter of warranty. Those who purchased marble item, please make sure that are original marble.

Nothing is worst than buying stuff from here! Stay away fro this business for better

I am shocked about the management of this business. There is no respect and no respond to costumer. Wow it's terribly shocking. Manager is very very arrogant and staffs are rude .i think manager likes to steal money from the customers by selling the faulty products. And when we tried to call him then he is running away from us, and the staffs are helping him. Crook manager and crook staffs. This kind of business should be published publicly and punished publicly. Fraud management

Very rude person running this fraud business. Very bad quality furniture which you can not return once you paid all the money which you have to pay before delivering. Basically you have close your eyes before buying anything from these guys. Asked for something else and came totally different thing after 3 months and a very bad quality product. Don't buy from luxury comfort.
