Stay away. Dangerous staff who think they know better than the customer with the allergy who's had it for 40 years.



Smirked at my request for lactose free which sends me into 8 hours of vomiting after 4 days of pills with lactose. Then body cramps, breathing difficulty and difficulty for the next two weeks. His response was to ask me if I had ever taken a pill before, at all. Believed that because I had taken a Panadol for a headache lactose in pills wasn't an issue but was completely ignorant that at low doses it takes several days for me to build up a reaction.



The last pharmacist that gave me pills with lactose stuffed me the day before my engagement party.



After asking to speak to the manager (which he claimed to be) another staff member told me where his name was on the board and suggested I complained to the regulator etc. Said that I would and the pharmacist ran at me and had to be physically restrained by his staff.



Stay away.
