Top Spa & Nail Studio

Have been going to this business for about 8 years and up until late last year, they were great - friendly, always smiling, really thorough and did a great job. Went today and this is the last time I give them a go. Pedicure from start to finish lasted 8 minutes - feet were not rubbed, had to ask 3 times for nails to be cut shorter, towels applied to feet was too hot, no massage etc. Manicure was not much better - she didn’t even notice that half of one nail was coming off until I pointed it out to her. It’s such a shame as they used to be great. Hopefully I can find another where the word service and “spa” mean something. From the look of customers I don’t think they will be around much longer.

I’ve been there for almost 2 years. This is the best nails salon in the area. They are really good at nails art, acrylic and sns.

The girls are lovely, they know exactly what is best for your nails. complimentary drinks.

Booking if preferred because they’re a bit busy

If I could rate it a 0 I would. After searching them on Instagram I saw they could do complicated designs so decided to try them out and booked them 2 weeks in advance. BIGGEST REGRET EVER. Once in store they made me wait a hour to even get started and the lady kept leaving to do others nails. I spent 3 hours in store to just get my nails done.



I showed them the design I wanted and asked if they could do it which they responded with "yes". This was a LIE. As you can see it looks like a 12 year old did my nails. After repeatedly saying it doesn't look the same the lady said "wash your nails and it will". The ombre is completely off let alone the whole design.



I then confronted them on instagram about my dissatisfaction and they blocked me and untagged a photo I posted of the result of my nails as they knew they're in the wrong.



Never been somewhere so unprofessional.
