I’ve used Adam multiple times for oven, dryer and washing machine. He is a pleasure to deal with, fixes on the spot, has the parts, arrives promptly and nothing is ever a hassle. I suspect the review that gave him only one star, were probably a competitor as I honestly cannot see him ever hurling abuse. He is too nice for that!

Poor customer service. Adam admitted on phone unfamiliar with appliance brand, stated he wouldn't charge unless he could help. Arrived late to appt, spent all of one minute here, a quarter of which looking at the wrong appliance. Said he couldn't help. Attempted to charge call out fee, I questioned this only to receive hurls of abuse and accusations. I asked Adam to calm down and write up the invoice and show a bit of a professionalism, at which he agreed. Do not recommend, absolute rip off and disgusting attitude to match. Avoid at all costs.
