Normans Locksmiths

Do not get service from this locksmith. They'll try to charge you another call out fee if you need them a 3rd time for the same job within days. They charged me $110 to get a lock latch replaced on my gate I needed them to come out a second time as the side of the gate locklatch on the gate door was rubbing against the side of the fence post. They fixed it by drilling the screws in tighter. Then I needed them to come out a 3rd time as I noticed the bolt wasn't going into the latch properly so the latch was dragging over the bolt when trying to open it making the push button on other side feel locked so you couldn't open gate. I asked them to come fix it they tried to charge me an extra $140 and when I said no this should be under warranty and a fault on your part they hung up on me after I asked who was this as a different person answered. I initially called Playford Locksmiths but Normans Locksmiths came out instead.
