Answered my call promptly, were here within the hour, rectified an emergency situation and organised repairs within half an hour. Great bloke, great service, couldn't get better service anywhere else this fast

I had a leak in kitchen plumbing requiring new spout and wanted all my old tap ware replaced throughout. Shown photos of what the plumber had at his place and liked them. He was to order them for me. Then to come back and fix leak replace tape ware. That was almost two months ago! I have rung them firstly to ask if they needed some money for the tap ware and when would they be back to fix the leak. No response, (i had also messaged Brian,). I rang again about a week later as there was a public holiday and schools holidays (giving the benefit of the doubt) no response. I finally rang again (leaving my third or fourth message and now four days later NOT ONE RESPONSE!

If they did not want the job they only had to say so! BUT NO they accepted my job. Took all my information and came into my home to see all the areas I wanted new tap ware. (going from two taps to mixers in some cases). I FEEL ABSOLUTELY BETRAYED!
