Qing's Cleaning

The manager Wade says that the first clean will be more expensive and then we can negotiate the 2nd clean. The first clean was good and he said that the cleaners will come again next Monday. I said great, but the price is very high can he make it more reasonable. He just ignored my message and didn't send any cleaners. Not a very good way to run a business Wade. I will not be using them again.

This was my first time using Qing's cleaning, Qing, was great. She took the time to not only clean every inch of the apartment which has been neglected, but she even re-organized a few areas to create a more functional space. It's clear that she has experience working in small apartments.
I'm very happy with how easy it was to book the appointment as well. My unit is going up for sale and they gave us only 48 hours notice that they would be showing it. I'll definitely using it again.

This is an update for my review on 11/4/2015. Wade reached out to me directly to address some of the concerns I had highlighted in my previous review. He handled everything with professionalism and was very cordial throughout the entire process.

He scheduled for Qing (the cleaning professional we had requested for our November clean) to come back to our apartment and address the areas that were missed previously. Qing redid our entire apartment and left it spotless. We even left her a note with the areas that we wanted her to address, but she exceeded our expectations and did more than we asked for.

I would definitely keep using Qing for future cleaning services. They changed my experience all around and are definitely a company that wants every one of their clients to be happy and satisfied.

DANGER!

Do not use this company. I used them for an end of lease clean. What a nightmare, no English, kept changing the appointment time, and even tried to up the price 30 minutes before they arrived.

The main issue is they have destroyed the kitchen work benches with their cleaning products. Looks like they were using bleach or something similar. There's permanent ring marks, drip marks and scrapes from where they attempted to wipe it off.

They are flat out denying any wrong doing even after a call from Fair Trading NSW. The damage is costing almost 1000 dollars.

Again, save yourself some hassle and do not use this company. Some of the positive reviews here look fake, especially as the username of 2 of them is the name of the guy who runs the company.

I highly recommend Qing's Cleaning!

Our office has used Qing's cleaning for a weekly cleaning for over a year. Qing, our cleaner, does a great job getting our busy office sparking clean every weekend.

I also use Qing's Cleaning for a monthly clean in my apartment. Qing is also awesome! She is friendly, easy to communicate with, and does a very thorough job cleaning our place.

Also, my experience with Qing's Cleaning management has been extremely positive. My emails always get responses in less than an hour and everyone goes above and beyond to accommodate me.

Nice, affordable cleaning service
I recently renovated my grandmothers basement. The back end of the basement had mold covering some of the floor tiles, which I did not feel comfortable cleaning. The kitchen cabinets needed to be scrubbed and there was a significant amount of sticky, greasy dirt covering the bottom of the top cabinets, which I have tried myself to clean but to no avail. The cleaners arrived on time and did a great job. The maids were very nice and work efficiently. I was amazed at how clean they got the cabinets to look because I tried to clean them myself but . I highly recommend Synergy to anyone that is in need of cleaning service!!

Qing's Cleaning performed a 'end of lease clean' on our two bedroom apartment. After inspection, the agent sent a list of cleaning related issues which needed to be addressed, which included 'dirty walls' ' dirty glass windows ' ' range hood full of grease ' ' tiles dirty and fill of grease '. When calling Qings cleaning to rectify the issue he DEMANDED a further $220 to come back and clean, as apparently ' cleaning walls ' and ' windows ' is not included in the end of lease cleaning package. After agreeing to the additional charge so that we could get rid of the stress and get our bond back.

After a second inspection, the agent ticked off the cleaning related issue and send an image of the blind which was ripped off the wall. Qing's Cleaning initially blamed the agent and said he was ' a rude man ' and did this to you, he then said that his cleaners found it like this. Qing's Cleaning is now refusing to pay for the damaged costs.

He also called me 15+ times DEMANDING that i drop off the additional $220 in cash otherwise he would not clean.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER! AND IS A LIER AND DISHONEST.
