I upgraded my plan to iphone6 S + and signed the contract, but the staff at Virgin Mobile in Westfield Shopping Centre of Hurstville Sydney gave me iphone6 +.
I came back to request a replacement after I left the shop for about one hour, they were reluctant to help me, told me came back later for a few days to find a solution. They made a mistake, and faced our complaints, they are not honest, the stock was available, it was easy to fix the problem, but they just impolitely forced us to leave the shop.
We are very disappointed and will never deal with this shop again.
