      We only wanted a small deck in our courtyard but everywhere we turned there were issues. Our surveyor became ill The draftsman wouldnt return my call even before he started the job. We were almost over it but i took the chance in calling Dylan as a last resort. I now wish he was my first call.
      Dylan was prompt, communicative, informative and just generally all round helpful. He advised us about each step of the process, even to the point of making contact with other contractors on our behalf.
      We accidentally overpaid Dylan. He was straight on the phone to inform us of our error. We joked that it may have been a tip. If finances would allow i would love to have given Dylan a tip. His professional, friendly and honest service was so good
