took the car for a roadworthy certificate to WPA Toowong: they requested changing the tyres, wipers etc; took the car to Beaurepair, we were told it is not necessary. tyres are fine; interesting advice from a tyre seller. It wasn't mentioned 2 months back during wheel alignment service nor 4 months ago during the car service! eventually had to change the tyres to meet their satisfaction to get an urgent RWC. re-inspection was cancelled few times by Westpoint; very diappointing service.
