Left a pair of trousers for alteration. Paid top dollar and told could have them later that Saturday morning. Told them I wasn't in a rush and would Thursday nght be OK? They said no problem, they would be ready by Thursday 4pm. Went there Thursday at 5pm, not ready. No apology, poor service. Told to come back in 20 minutes. I went back Saturday morning and no apology and no discount was offered. I was served by the lady Jenny each time, so she knew what had happened.
Not going back!

I have used RI many times over many years and have only confined to go because of location. Recently a brand new item was returned with large brown marks as well as a previous dress being ruined by poor alterations and taste judgement. The prices are not cheap and the customer service is inadequate- you are not treated like a valuable customer. I would avoid unless absolutely necessary.
