John Judge

The owner of this business, John Judge is absolutely the most unprofessional trades person i have ever dealt with.

I've sold my house and had some old furniture that needs to be removed, I agreed with John on his price and told him that as the house is sold and I'm moving to Melbourne, my settlement agent will take care of everything in my stead. I provided John with her number, and he said no problem, I will arrange with her tomorrow to have everything removed.

I left assured only to discover 2 weeks later that John has not contacted my agent at all, and my settlement is due in 6 days!

I called him and asked him what happened, he pulled a bunch of absolutely ridiculous excuses such as he thought it was dodgy that an agent was involved and just didn't feel like the doing the job, I asked him then why in the world didn't he tell me?! If you had a problem with it that's fine! but at least inform your costumer so he can arrange someone else?!?!

He said ok no problem he will contact her tomorrow and he can do it in one day. I can't believe I trusted this LIAR again, and as you can imagine, no contact from him yet again.

I ended up having to arrange another waste collector for a much higher price because it was an urgent collection.

DO NOT ever deal with this company and John Judge if you want someone who is reliable and trust worthy. Him being a few dollars cheaper is just not worth it, he's professional attitude is worse than the TRASH he collects.
