We've alwyas been very happy with NBAC (supplied, installed, and service our ducted gas heater), and the most recent visit was up to their usual high standard. Todd arrived on time, is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, and the cost for routine service is fair.

Arrived at job at time promised, very fast, professional and efficient installation, excellent clean up and removal of rubbish. Staff very friendly and would not leave until we were instructed in the use of the air conditioning. The removal of an old system and installation of a new wall mounted Daikin system was handled expertly by Northern Beaches Air Conditioning.. They were punctual, cleaned up totally after themselves and gave expert advice.. I am very pleased to recommend them very highly.

We had been advised by another company that we needed a new compressor unit because the condenser had failed. Northern Beaches Air Conditioning was recommended by a friend after two months of trying to find a company to install a new unit. Northern Beaches recommended a technician check to see if we had been advised correctly as they were doubtful that the condenser had malfunctioned turned out we only needed a new starter unit, which they installed very quickly at a fraction of the cost we would have paid for a new compressor. A very efficient company, staffed by some very friendly people, especially the Manila girls! Would highly recommend them.

Anthony has undertaken a preliminary review of our ducted A/C system. This initial review Anthony tested and fixed what he could do in the 1 hour time span. He has identified follow up work required, which I have been advised will be undertaken on May 24. I am happy to provide a more through review once this work is completed.

Apart from confusion on actual appointment time, not bad. Maybe a little pricey but technician was experienced and efficient.
