Professional Sharpening North

I recently used this sharpening service for several of my clipper blades for my pet grooming business. Unfortunately, after they were returned, they were not cutting properly and felt blunt and jagged when used on clean, well-prepared coats.

Ken did return to reassess them, however the issue remained unresolved and the blades were still not usable for work. I then took the blades to another professional sharpener for a second opinion, who confirmed they had been improperly sharpened and needed to be rectified. After being corrected, they performed normally again.

This meant I had to pay a second time to have the blades fixed, as well as lose valuable work time arranging an alternative solution.

Ken was quite unsupportive throughout these issues and recommended that I was grooming incorrectly and ignored my messages requesting for reimbursement.

This experience was unfortunately disappointing and costly for my small business.
