I am very disappointed and will take this matter further. I have been wrongly accused of my children drawing on a wall and this will be the last time renting from tour agency. I was contacted several weeks after my stay. I still don't under stand why it was not done sooner. Second of all i meet the cleaner on site and she was even surprise how spotless we left the property. I washed the seat cover and table mats even iron them all. Our children do not write on walls and did not have even pencils to do so. The bbq was a disgrace and my father had to clean it as the owners did not bother to do so. I have rented every summer and this has never happened to us. I expected at least a phone call from you. Its not good enough. Its not about the money, its about wrongly accusing me and my family.

We have just taken our holiday rental out of their hands, disgraceful customer service from Stockdale and Leggo in Inverloch. Always an excuse for whatever concerns we had, always too busy to take photos when asked, but very quick to take money. Cleaner who cleaned our property pathetic and tenants damaged the property which we found not the cleaners. How does that work. Quick to take money from you but not get back to you with any concerns. Very very disappointed.

Don't trust these guys with buying or selling your house. I left an iPad in a holiday rental property and asked them to pick it up. Anyway they did but when I travelled from Melbourne to Inverloch to pick it up they said it was mixed up with the Reps iPads most likely and said bad luck it's gone..Anyway needless to say I'm going to the police..

Wouldn't trust them with the keys to your house that's for certain. Give them a miss. Plenty of other good real estate agents in Inverloch..
