The experience was utterly unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in for warranty service due to critical issues: forward collision alert failure and startup problems. Despite these concerns, I received no proactive communication, only a terse text indicating my vehicle was ready for pickup.
Upon arrival at the dealership, I was met by a group whose demeanor resembled that of a cartel. They attempted to coerce payment from me for purported software updates, exploiting the inability to bill labor for a supposedly non-faulty part. Yet, if there were truly no faults, why the necessity for a software update? The term "faulty" denotes an item not functioning correctly or having defects. As far as I am aware, the "faulty" component in question was diagnosed by their "technician" as a software issue.
Despite their assurances, the update failed to resolve the problem. I am now left with a vehicle whose reliability is questionable at best. Will it start reliably? Will the collision alert function as intended, or will it malfunction unexpectedly? These uncertainties are wholly unacceptable for a vehicle meant to provide safe transportation.

Terrible customer service, detailer left scratches all over the vehicle. When questioned and I gave them proof (pictures taken previous day) the vehicle wasn’t damaged. They stated they had a professional come in and look at the car saying their detailers do not wash cars that way. Would not give any information about this “professional” or give any evidence that this was completed. This was my first encounter with Jeep Launceston as well as my last.....very disappointed.
