Airport West Transfers

Had a transfer booked on 24 Jan from RAAF base to Brisbane airport at 1200hrs, my driver was late picking me up then the other passenger was also late. didn't end up getting to the airport until 1330 with a boarding time of 1350 (20 min to check in baggage and get through security). Both of these almost made me miss my flight to Sydney.



Then on the return transfer on 27 Jan my flight was 1hr delayed taking off meaning that i was also late landing. I called the driver as i had landed and was out the front waiting, he told me he was 20-30 mins away max. An hour later I am still waiting with no update as to where the driver was or how far away he was. I was told that the "powers" had given him other instructions which meant that I was left waiting at the airport for over an hour with no communication.



I then had an hour's drive to get back to the base with work at 0630hrs the next morning and when I voiced my frustrations to the driver he said that he didn't finish until 0130 the next morning which is his job and chose to work that late.



I am extremely unhappy with the service and will NOT be using it again.

I pay for a journey at a specific time then i am expected to wait for another flight to come in and then share my taxi with someone else. They state luxury but they transit you in a clapped out kia carnival. Dont waste yoyr money

Have been left hanging twice in a row by these imbeciles. Not only did test through my address and pick up time to confirm the bloke called me to ask if it was ok to pick me up early! Called to see where they were as were 30 mins late he said he canceled the wrong booking!!! Do your self a favour and get a taxi or train

Absolutely terrible.

Didn't bother coming, mobile phone was off and could not be contacted.

Left multiple messages and still have yet to receive any reply or communication. Could of ruined the holiday as we would of missed flights however the taxi service saved the day... And was over $30 cheaper for a single transfer.
