Dashmap Transport

We engaged Dashmap Transport to deliver a vending machine from Brendale to Redcliffe and were extremely disappointed with the service. The machine was only a year old and in immaculate condition prior to pickup, but it was delivered with substantial damage. It wasn’t wrapped or properly protected during transit. When we raised the issue, the response was dismissive: “Hi Nigel, As per Matt, he already informed Richard about this and they will handle this issue.” No resolution, no accountability. For a $650 move, the care factor was zero. Would not recommend.
