I wish there was an option for zero stars. I just visited this store today the 6th of November to exchange a Shimano fishing shirt from size L to M. When I first entered the store there was but one lady at the front counter who was preparing sales advertisements, after a while she acknowledged my presence right from the start I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience.
I had no receipt but I thought my order would be easy enough to search given that I provided my club membership, apparently my order was not on the system and I was told to call customer care which I did, I was told to wait 24 - 48 hours for receipts team to search for orders. I then provided a bank statement with the dates and amounts for the transaction clearly showing the item was purchased at this particular store.
I was bounced around between 3 different team members, who , in-between taking personal phone calls and joking around with one another could not locate the order. At this stage I had waited patiently for over 45 minutes, growing increasingly frustrated I told them not to worry.
Not once was I reassured or given any apologies for having to wait around for over an hour, on departure once expressing my frustration I was told "well you should have the receipt" and given cheeky smirks from the staff as I left.
Apart from being highly unprofessional the staff were also poorly trained to handle what I would consider, based on my personal experiences with other retailers, a very simple task.
I rarely get time to spare to take care of issues like this and in total I wasted 3 hours of my day commuting to and from and in store for what I believe should have been a straight forward 1 for 1 swap.
