Genisis installed ducted air con 2004

Reported fault 2013 and had tech inspect and quote was to replace system.

Visual inspection by myself found ducting collapsed near unit and rectified myself. System still ok 2022.

Requested a replacement wall control unit 16 June and was told sales would contact me.

21 June nothing heard! Suspect not interested only in replacement systems?
