We use J&T Insulation on all our construction jobs. They are aways prompt and on time for all our jobs. No request is ever an issue. Their processes are smooth and seemless from booking, installation and even through to after sales/customer service. We highly recommend them for any commercial work and domestic work too.

These guys do all of our work and always do a great job, they are always punctual.

One of their team in this company have forgotten to install the roof insulation for us. We've been staying in the house for 2 months during summer with 10 days consecutive heat wave. Air-conditioning turned to the max but the temperature just won't go lower than 30 degree (outside temp 38 to 41 degree). It's just waste of energy and money. On top of that there were an occasion that they have made an appointment but didn't turn up and without giving us a call. They have rescheduled the appointment 3 times. On the very last time they were an hour late and we need to hassle the project manager, inspector and the company.



The techs who came in to install the insulation were nice guy. But I think the company needs to look into their QC and after sales service. It's very bad to handle over a house without insulation during summer and we have a 2 months old baby who needs to live under the heat box as well. She got heat rash all over her neck. I reckon problem like this needs to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY as urgent, not a month after the notification with at least dozen of phone calls.
