They responded to my call quickly with same day service, were able to identify the problem and repair my fridge that day. Their price of service was fair when you compare it to other fridge repair companies, and their workers were polite and professional. Would highly reccommend.

They charged $370 to replace a thermostat in my fridge. He arrived at 12 on Monday morning and was finished at 12.35.

He didn't know the price of the thermostat so he charged $75 !! I looked on line and they vary between $13 and $25.

So his call out, gst and 'labour' amounted to about $350 for 35 minutes work.

I would never call this company again

Great experience with ARC staff, great customer service, took only 15minutes to change and they already equipped to fix it and was very efficient. They were also very flexible with times.

when i had some probs with my washing machine with its drainer i rang to ARC and got immediate response. within an hour i was send one person to fix my problem and e is well exp enough to set it right. a good team

If you are looking for charm, tact and personality you won't get it from this tradesman. If you are looking for a honest tradesman who does a great job for a fair price and will turn up and work Saturday afternoon because your fridge has died, ring Arc refrigeration. Thanks for your help.
An addit to my previous review. This tradesman told me he would come back and change the light in my fridge which wasn't working. He returned 10 days later replaced the part ( with genuine parts) and only charged $20. Thankyou again for your professionalism.
