Car Giant WA

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee about three months ago. from the first day it had serious problems (electronic throttle and engine light), in addition to vibrations, among others. The seller, who was super friendly until the sale, did not give the slightest attention, passing the problem on to the service department.



The service department was always very unwilling to solve the problem and always asking me to look for help/solution and go back to them for decision making $$$. This process took too long and no solution was found.



The problem is... I am driving an extremely unsafe car. That as soon as the warning lights turn on the car loses power and cannot go over 50KM per hour, imagine that on the freeway or on a road with a roadtrain behind you at 100km per hour.



In these three months I have always been very cordial patient and even looked the other way in relation to minor defects such as alignment and balance never done (vibrations) or steering wheel that tends to turn left by itself, however the neglecting attitude that Car Giant is having towards me is frustrating, disrespectful and is putting my life and others on the road at risk. Every time I go to Car Giant I hear promises that are never fulfilled.



I WILL NEVER GET NEAR THIS DEALER AGAIN!!!



In my opinion the car was never properly inspected and tested before being put up for sale.



with "Car Giant" I hope you don't have a problem with the car, because if you do, it will be a nightmare!

Highly recommended pre-owned car dealer... I bought the ML 350 three months ago, the maintenance history was available, the detailing and service are such that this seven year old automobile feels like it is new from factory, it rolls on velvet, and icing on the cake (la cerise sur le gateau) the general manager is a gentleman… I am definitely pleased with Car Giant *****
