On the 06/09/19 i ordered and paid for a product called Trailermate, which was a product that Electro-Connect was manufacturing at the time
On the 02/12/19 i phoned to find out what was happening to my order
To date there has been no reply
Submitted complaint with Office of Fair Trading Queensland
Replied back on 03/02/20 that Electro-Connect (Trailermate) failed to respond to my concerns, despite repeated attempts to obtain a response
