We've just ended our tenancy, and it was only due to the house being sold. Jo-Anne was extremely helpful from keeping an ear out for other houses to giving wonderful references for us. No problems whatsoever with our exit inspection. Would love to rent through Jimboomba IPS in the future!

Renting through Jo-Anne has been fantastic. We think her down to earth honesty is great and her professionalism is top notch. The few maintenance problems we've had, have been dealt with quickly, and she has always worked around our schedule to make things easier for us.

Is the complete polar opposite from our experience, and from the experience of many others (10+) that I have personally spoken to. There was not one thing in my experience that showed honest or integrity from the way Joanne managed her business. I am yet to hear from a real person that has had a good experience.....

One of the best places i've ever rented through, Never had an issue that wasn't resolved promptly and easy !!!,would recommend to anyone who either wanted to rent from or have there property rented through, Jo-anne is always very professional and her staff are always friendly , 5 stars and i would have given more, I have rented 4 properties with jimboomba ips!!

Should not be allowed to operate. Beware if you want to ensure a pleasant experience when dealing with real estate stay away from this company. Numerous distraught people, including her staff have posted disturbing comments on line. Where possible they are removed by the owner. Literally one or two good comments for approx every 10 negative experiences from people who deal with IPS Jimboomba.

I have been renting through Jo-Anne for over three years. I have had great support, i find her a great business woman and extremely fair. A couple of times i have got behind in the rent and she has had compassion and let me caught up. I find it very offensive that some person is posting reviews which is complete rubbish on this post. Get a life

I have been a tenant with jo-Ann since 2005 I have brought property through IPS and I am very pleased with how professional she is I would recommend jo-Ann to anyone looking for assistance in realestate.

I would need to write an essay to detail the terrible experience with this real estate agent. Her receptionist was lovely, however that's the only positive thing I can write here!

The experience my family and I endured while tenants of this real estate was absolutely disgusting. We were disrespected and treated like dirt. We always maintained the property, paid rent on time and provided adequate support to the owners and property managers. I warn you to do all your research before committing doing business with this real estate. I have reported to the ACCC and RTA for breaches to all guidelines. Please BEWARE!

Warning to all buyers, sellers and renters. I would NOT recommend this real estate in any way possible. As a reliable and respectful tenant, my Family were treated with absolute disrespect and poor management. We received the worst customer service we have ever experienced in our life's. We are that scarred from the dealings with this agency that I have made a promise to myself and my family (Husband and Grandmother) that I will never rent through a agent again. Above all, you think a business would respect all clients, no matter if they are buyers, sellers or renters. Everyone deserves respect, fair processes and processes followed in a profession manner.
