Waited an hour and a half rang to be told order on way. Rang back 20 minutes later to be told sorry no record of order. Asked to speak to manager, staff told me they had been contacted and would call me back, who fobbed me off over an hour and a half by getting a staff member to tell me there was no record of an order too bad.

This is the 3rd incorrect order in a row but hey I got offered a free garlic bread for my efforts...
