Disgraceful and inexcusable customer service. I would not recommend this lodge to anyone. After booking and paying for this lodge I unfortunately broke my leg and could not travel, therefore I was offered a credit, in which should have allowed my next stay to be free. When I booked and arrived for my next stay at this lodge I enquired about my credit. I was told that I had to pay for my 2 nights stay and that they would be refunded once I was ready to check out. My friend had unfortunately been injured on the slopes so after 1 night we decided that we would check out early. We checked out before 9am, and were advised that we would not be refunded for the 2nd night, nor was I to receive the credit that I was owed. The staff member accused us of being 'nothing but trouble'. Apparently asking 2 questions during our stay was too much for them to handle. Once we were told that we would not be receiving a refund, we decided that we could not afford to waste that much money, therefore we decided that we would tough it out one more night. We were denied this option due to our "troubling nature". If you are foolish enough to book this lodge, I strongly advise that you pay each day rather than a lump sum. Also do not expect any sort of customer service (on any level) as the staff member attitude, customer service and general person is appalling (but Im sure you would already get an idea of what Im talking about when you simply call and speak with her to make your booking).

Had a terrible experience ! My husband kids and I having breakfast when the arrogant owner bangs an empty bowl and accuses us of stealing their coffee sachets! After being extremely offended and paying $250 a night for bed/ breakfast I asked for a refund for the next night! She refused , no apology and the most pathetic and insulting experience. Will never recommend !
