Trevor has been a knowledgeable trainer and has progressed my learning from a beginners someone who is now able to drive competently across all aspects of on road driving. I am now prepearing to sit my driving test and now involved in a very informative and on topic process of understanding the criteria for assessment that is relevant to my driving test. He is very thorough in his teaching and I am very grateful for his teaching. I would definitely recommend Trevor to anyone looking for a high quality driving instructor.

I cannot thank Trevor enough who owns and operates GPS Driving School for his expert training, support and dedication with a close friend of ours with learning disabilities, who is now well on his way to achieving his license and independence. We are just so pleased and relieved to have found a dedicated trainer, which we thought did not exist, that actually specialises in helping young people with various learning difficulties, especially after having frustratingly tried 3 other driving schools in Brisbane previously who were unable to effectively create a comfortable environment for our friend to learn at his own pace and more importantly to identify and understand his learning needs which in his case involved working with Aspergers, ADHD and along with this the associated feelings of anxiety. Trevor was very careful initially not to over promise but instead provided a realistic assessment of the viability of undertaking driving lessons on an ongoing basis with the ultimate goal of achieving a Driver's license and as importantly gaining his independence and mobility. Our friend has benefited enormously from his training to date with Trevor, not only with learning how to drive but with his self esteem and confidence. We are all so pleased to see him excited about driving and believing in his ability to achieve this important goal. Thank you Trevor for your patience and dedication to his needs. I started my lessons with GPS driving school in August of this year (2017). It took me nearly two years to pluck up the courage to ring about a driving lesson. I suffered from anxiety of driving on the highways and it would completly take over every time I eneterd the motorway.

My first lesson I couldn't even look at a sign that indicated a motorway without having a panic attack. Trevor assessed my highway driving by taking me on and off quickly the first lesson. We then spent the rest of the lesson talking through my fears and he gathered a complete understanding of how i was feeding my fears.

He was really good at re-ittierating the items I should be focusing on to bring me away from my panic attacks and back on track to the job at hand.

His style and methods must be applauded as I now after only 5 lessons am able to drive on the highway again. It has given me such a great confidence and new lease of life!

I am a mature woman and didn't think I would be able to drive by myself on a motorway or even a busy road.

I cannot thank Trevor enough for his help it truly is a life changer for me.

I believe his methods are really effective and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Worst attitude and conduct I have personally ever seen in a driving instructor who claims is master trainer, extra quals, expert in teaching special needs learners with anxiety. When lesson had unravelled, due to daughter becoming too uncomfortable with his increasing passive aggressiveness, pressuring and negativity, he did not try to recover my daughter's confidence and change his technique. He wrote her off, with us suffering through his longwinded, highly insensitive rant until we could, in relief, escape the car. Highly unprofessional, had misrepresented himself to me, and left my daughter in tears. Would avoid unless you have a very thick skin!
