Shocking customer service. I had to take an entire day of work to wait for the tiles. They didn't confirm my delivery and when I called to check on my delivery (the day before) I was told to call back to find out for myself in the morning. That process involved calling @ 9 am to leave a message for the driver to call me to tell me if it was to be in the morning or the afternoon.
I asked for the person on the phone to offer some customer service and do the calling around for me and I was told they would try. Delivery is tomorrow some time and apparently the driver will call an hour before delivery. Will see what happens.

Also, when I asked about buying more of the same tiles to have them delivered at the same time, they wanted to charge me more for the tiles plus an extra $70 to deliver them. Looks like I'm putting carpet in the other rooms. Only gave them a start because I had to give something.
