I went in asking if they had a cheerleader costume for my daughter the lady yelled at me in a disgusting manner infront of my child telling me that all a cheerleader costume is a very tight top and very short skirt. I wasn't happy with this as I wouldn't dress my daughter in that.

Shocking service and messy store. Won't be going back again due to this.

In my experienve I found the lady to be kind, generous and helpful. My partner and I went in looking for a funny couples costume and we were unsure of what we wanted to be! So we explained to the lady what we would want and she knew exactly what we would like straight off the top of her head! Yes it's a bit old and gloomy on the outside and has a few silly rules but in my opinion I would advise to go there if ever in need of a costume.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Absolutely disgusting, rude, demeaning, aggressive lack of "customer service". Insults your body size/shape and looks (e.g. "too much meat around the middle, you wont fit into any costume"). Doesnt listen to you (not even what you want/ideas). Talks over you in an agressive manner. Not allowed to look around shop. Talks on a peronal phonecall while making you wait infront of a sign for customers that tells you to answer phone calls outside. Literally hundreds of people i know say same thing about this woman. She is notorious
