Can't believe the trouble you have caused us over our flooring install. Our floors are broken with 20+m of broken split and misaligned scotia, poorly cut out boards around entryways and insufficient spacing of boards that have caused the flooring to buckle in multiple places. In all honesty we could have done the work ourselves to a higher standard and without half the hassle or cost and we are not experts!

Had very disappointing service from this business. They throw install work out to sub-standard contractors and fail to come to fully to the party when it comes to sorted out the issues. Our bamboo flooring has multiple defects requiring multiple return visits from the business and still not fixed. Offered paltry compensation for all the extra time and effort involved. Would not recommend their Levande bamboo product, their installation team or their service.
