Ace Chimney Cleaners

Was at my home for less than 1 hour charged$350 plus GST. Did not provide a tax invoice until requested. When questioned the cost of service was told should have got a quote prior to work. Gave incorrect account details then threatened stating ‘I know where you live.’ as we were unable to pay and had requested he check the bank details. Very expensive, threatening and did not do all the work as requested. We had to help him with the work as not able to lift the fireplace on his own. Couldn’t believe he charged so much for work we had to help him with.

While I was doing the research to get my chimney clean, I called different companies and from the beginning this one was quick and easy. The price compared to others was half cheap and there was good availability. When they came to do the job, they came on time, did the job and my chimney is fine and dandy. Magnificent job, no more smoke!!!! Don’t waste money in other fancy companies, this one has a grad value for money.
