Becky and Glenn’s wedding

We would highly recommend Tom and Pam’s for a function.we had 50 guests at our wedding and food was a big priority to us .our guests when asked now if they enjoyed our wedding have all commented that the food was amazing.😁

YUM! YUM! YUM!

Absolutely LOVED! What a great little business with lovely staff. I went into the shop today for the first time and was blown away by the menu—SO MANY OPTIONS. I couldn't decide what I wanted but felt in the mood for seafood; so the young staff member serving took the time to go through different menu items with me. We decided on the seafood basket, which is like a sample menu for the seafood. Will definitely go back for more!

Spring rolls and pluto pups oily as . WAs like they didnt even bother to drain the food before they put it in a tray . Fish amd calamari rings werent palatable chewy over cooks calarmari fish was dripping oil . $27 wasted and left with a foul after taste from all that oil which they need to change more regualrly . Chicken snitty tasted like chips .

While the food was edible, the lady at the service desk was very abrupt and kinda rude. Their salads are way over priced for their sizes. And when I asked if I could order from the "hot bar" she said yes, then when I asked her for a piece of roast beef, she snapped and told me, that's only for hot dinners, then didn't explain anymore, only reading the small print I found out I COULD have had it, with veggie, potato bake and a roll, which was what I was after in the first place. Not a fan of the customer service.

When I was young this place was good now they are lacking the basic concept that keeping the customer happy and not talking to the customer like crap when they stuff up your order this is a recurring thing not just a one off. I think it's time for some customer service retraining or "traning"
